Hello, Regarding the feedback This was my 3rd order from you guys. Things that I wish have been better: rinaldi items. The wood splitters should be sharper, and the handle of the axes are loose. So please next time, send better ones

Mi sembra difficile migliorare questo, nonostante si possa sempre fare meglio. Il consiglio che potrei suggerirvi dato che sono anche un artigiano e che il materiale che può essere urgente se ordinato la mattina arriva la mattina dopo, l'altra cosa che l'imballo se possibile fosse solo cartone o carta con relativo nastro di carta soprattutto per i privati, vi auguro un gran successo dato che svetta così a cuore i vostri clienti distinti saluti Carlo C.

everything ok, with one exception. i received 2 Zappa classic quadra - gr. 800 - manicata, instead of one 600 grams and another 800 grams . so please with the next order( i will make another ones) a little bit more attention. all the best
